- Kat PAllan, Devon, and the rest of the crew (Letty the service dog!) are BRILLIANT. I was on a crosscountry pet route with 8 dogs and a dozen dog wheelchairs that I need to deliver to rescues in Canada, when my minivan began violently shaking. Auto Man Automotive saw me within 10 minutes of my phone call, uncovered the mystery of what has been plaguing the vehicle (which had eluded everyone else for thousands of miles), and both the problem and repair were thoroughly explained, in-depth—everything down to the part numbers. While there, I actually had that sense of awe that comes from *being in the presence of greatness*. Birmingham is so lucky to have this shop operating. Give them ALL of your business!!
